Grilled paprika stuffed with feta cheese
The sweet taste of grilled Bakó paprika and the salty flavor of feta cheese make a fantastic couple. This is a simple recipe that you can prepare quickly if you are expecting guests. Try it yourself!
- 0,5 dl Olive oil
- 8 pieces Bakó capia paprika For stuffing:
- 20 dkg feta cheese
- 1,5 spoon of freshly cut basil
- 1,5 teaspoon mint
- 0,5 lemon peel
- salt as you want
- fresh black pepper to your taste
Cut the capia pepper into half and deseed it. Prepare the mix and spoon over the paprika. Put the paprika into a baking dish and top with olive oil. Bake at 200 C° for 25 minutes. Serve with garlic bread.
