Everyone can make letcho and everyone has their preferences. We have heard about letchos with sausage, zucchini and even with noodles. We believe in the simplicity of our letcho, based on fresh and tasty Bakó paprika.


  • 1 dl Sunflower oil
  • 5 pieces of onion
  • 2 kg Bakó paprika
  • 1 kg tomato
  • Salt as you want

Cut the onions into wedges then deseed the paprika and chop into chunks. Put the onions and paprika into a pan and fry the until the paprika is softened but not cooked through. Add the tomato and simmer over a low heat until it becomes watery. If you prefer spicy put some slices of pepper inside.
